The Vikasa Tarangini group (which is a service wing of the Jeeyar Education Trust JET-USA) was started with the blessings of HH Sri Jeeyar Swamiji to serve the community and propagate the message of the Vedic Sri Vaishnava faith. The volunteers and members meet on a monthly basis (2nd Wednesday @ 7:30 PM) at different devotees’ homes to chant Sri Vishnu Sahasranama in a group, followed by a spiritual discussion and prasad. Devotees originating from various parts of India speaking different languages get together for this common auspicious occasion of chanting the divine names of the Lord as ‘ONE’ group.

The group is involved in celebrating the main Vedic festivals like Sri Rama Navami, Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Deepavali, Dhanur Masam Vratam and Sri Goda Kalayanam every year.

With the blessings of HH Sri Jeeyar Swamiji, the goal of the team is to set up a center of learning and worship in Houston (Sugar land) to serve the community spiritually.

There is absolutely ‘NO’ pre-requisite to join this group !
